What is a No Win No Fee claim?

A No Win No Fee claim is an agreement between the Claims Management Company and their customer which details that the customer will only pay a fee when there is a winning case and their claim is a success.

No Win No Fee arrangements take the risk out of making a claim because you don't pay anything if you lose your case.

Customers are at an advantage by pursuing a claim without the fear of expense or any losses.

The Claims Management Company holds all the risk and will receive nothing if the claim is not successful.

If you don't win your case you won't have to pay.

What are the fees if the case is successful?

Claims Management Companies are subject to FCA regulations which impose a cap on the fees they can charge.

If your claim is successful the service charge is a percentage of your redress or the maximum amount listed in column (2) below whichever is lower.

£1 - £1499 30% up to a max of £420 +VAT
£1500 - £9999 28% up to a max of £2500 +VAT
£10000 - £24999 25% up to a max of £5000 +VAT
£25000 - £49999 20% up to a max of £7500 +VAT
£50000 + 15% up to a max of £10000 +VAT

Cancellation Fees

You are provided with a 14 day cooling off period where you can change your mind about making a claim.

You can also cancel at any time after the 14 day cooling period and before an offer of redress is made however the CMC will reserve the right to apply a fee to cover their reasonable costs for any work undertaken in processing your claim up to the date of cancellation.

A minimum charge of £199 + VAT will be applied.
